About the Role

This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years practitioner or SEN tutor who is passionate about supporting young children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and helping them develop the skills, confidence and foundations they need to thrive.

You will provide engaging, highly individualised learning and developmental support, using a child-centred and play-based approach to help children develop their communication, language, social, emotional, cognitive and early learning skills.

The role is particularly suited to someone who understands that young children learn best through play, repetition, exploration, routine and positive relationships.

Tuition and support may be delivered in the child's home, a community setting, an early years setting, or another suitable agreed location across Manchester.

Hours will vary depending on the individual child's needs and referral. Flexibility may be required, particularly around nursery and school hours.
