Learning & Development Specialist
Total People, part of the LTE Group, is recruiting a Learning Coach (Scaffolding Level
2) to mentor and assess apprentices. You will teach in classroom and workshop settings, deliver knowledge, coaching and mock end-point assessments, and work with employers to embed Maths and English while tracking learner progress.
The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours) with some flexibility; 35 days leave, wellbeing days, pension, and other benefits are provided.
