The Role:- Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Differentiating learning to meet individual pupil needs
- Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff
- Supporting the wider life of the school
- Maintaining high expectations for pupil progress and development
- Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching within a primary school
- Have strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Can build positive relationships with pupils
- Have confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- Are reliable, adaptable and professional
- Are passionate about teaching and supporting pupil progress
