Monitor student progress and contribute to reviews, reports and EHCP outcomes.

Build positive relationships and use trauma-informed approaches to support engagement and behaviour.

Work collaboratively with teaching, pastoral and therapy teams to maximise student success.

About Us

Reddish Hall School is an independent specialist day school in Stockport for students with social, emotional and mental health needs, often alongside diagnoses such as autism, ADHD and dyslexia. Many of our students are academically able but have experienced significant barriers to education because of complex mental-health needs, which may include anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm and disordered eating.

We offer a nurturing and highly individualised education without compromising on academic ambition. Small classes, skilled teaching and carefully tailored support enable students to re-engage with learning and work towards a broad range of meaningful qualifications and future pathways. Academic study is complemented by vocational opportunities and a strong focus on emotional wellbeing, independence and personal development.
