Are you an experienced Primary Teacher looking for greater flexibility in your working week?
Aspire People are recruiting qualified Primary Teachers to support schools across Manchester with daily supply and short-term teaching cover. These opportunities are ideal for teachers who want more control over their availability, enjoy working in different school environments or prefer supply teaching to a permanent classroom position.
The Role:- Delivering lessons and maintaining continuity of learning
- Covering classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, depending on experience
- Following existing lesson plans and school guidance where provided
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Supporting pupils with different abilities and additional needs
- Communicating effectively with school staff
- Ensuring pupils remain safe, engaged and supported throughout the school day
- Holds QTS
- Has previous primary classroom teaching experience
- Is confident managing a class and adapting to different school environments
- Can establish positive relationships with pupils quickly
- Is reliable, flexible and professional
- Has a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
- Choose availability that suits your circumstances
- Access daily bookings and short-term placements
- Work across different primary schools and year groups
- Receive support from a dedicated consultant
- Explore longer-term opportunities if your circumstances change
