Senior Architectural Technologist

Conrad Consulting are working with a leading architectural practice in central Manchester to recruit a Senior Architectural Technologist to work in a managerial role and to support projects & staff on various large-scale project types.

This is a senior-level opportunity to lead technical delivery on complex, high-value projects within a growing sector. You'll play a key role in shaping design outcomes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior staff - all within a collaborative, forward-thinking studio environment.

What we're looking for:

CIAT-qualified Senior Technologist with 8+ years' UK experience.

Extensive experience in life science, healthcare, or laboratory design.

Strong leadership in technical delivery, particularly at RIBA Stages 3-5.

Advanced detailing, specification, and coordination skills.

Revit expertise is essential.

Confident communicator with experience managing consultants and clients.

Thorough understanding of UK building regulations and compliance.
