A building services consultancy in Manchester is seeking an experienced CAL Revit Technician to join their team on an initial 2-month contract outside IR35. Responsibilities include ownership of MEP models, BIM coordination, clash resolution, and creating intelligent Revit families. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ISO standards and LOD requirements. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £38–£40 with ongoing contract potential in a collaborative environment.
