Zero Surplus is seeking a Lead Service Engineer/Service Manager to oversee a team of seven engineers, mainly on the road, performing service, repair and calibration at customer sites across East Anglia and beyond. The role combines hands-on fieldwork with team leadership and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
You will lead from the front technically, ensure efficient scheduling, and set high standards in line with accreditation requirements.
