Role: Quantity Surveying Graduate

Location: Manchester

Start date: 6th September 2027

Programme Duration: 2 to 3 years

Salary: £29,000

Contract Type: Permanent

Day-to-day responsibilities
  • You’ll get involved in real work from day one that will help clients achieve their ambitions
  • You’ll help research and calculate design costs to create budget estimates
  • You’ll monitor project spend and help report on costs to ensure they are within budgets
  • You’ll visit sites to carry out site visits to check on project progress
  • You’ll help prepare reports and contract documents for clients
  • You’ll embrace technology, including our purpose-built applications that help us deliver real time cost management
  • You’ll research and keep up to date with relevant market insight and legislation that may impact our work
  • You’ll build relationships across our business and clients to ensure we deliver a great service
  • You’ll take part in regular training in business skills, technical knowledge, and professional development to support your growth

Required Skills and Experience
  • Degree – Minimum 2:2 (predicted or achieved) in any discipline. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying is desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for Quantity Surveying
  • You’ll have an interest in the property industry and how we can shape its future
