STRABAG’S Recruitment & Selection Process:

  • Our graduate selection process shall comprise of the following stages:
  • Application
  • Online assessment
  • Shortlisting
  • Graduate Assessment Centre

Role Requirements:

  • Assisting in specification, procurement, implementation and safe operations of all electrical systems required for project delivery
  • Coordinate electrical distribution systems requirements across all relevant construction sites.
  • Enabling compliance with safe systems of works
  • Ensuring electrical commissioning and fault-finding on relevant machinery and equipment
  • Ensuring

    MSVs electrical commissioning and fault-finding
  • Maintain all records of inspections and maintenance (planned & unplanned)
  • Participating& supporting in implementation of a planned preventative maintenance scheme and oversee the spare parts management, including the correct stock level of electrical consumables, etc.
  • Supportin the management of specialist subcontractors undertaking electrical works on site
  • Supporting in implementation of the electrical operating safety procedures, including safe systems of work, risk assessments & method statements and task briefings associated with electrical distribution
