this role:
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of Asset Management experience, either through qualification or extensive knowledge in an infrastructure sector. A degree or professional qualification is desirable but not essential. Ideally, the candidate should be a Chartered Civil Engineer or working towards Chartership. The candidate should also possess commercial acumen, risk management skills, financial appraisal skills, and be able to manage whole life costs.
