• Work closely with senior engineers completing detailed design solutions for HVAC services
• Guiding and mentoring graduate engineers, developing the next generation of building services talent
• Attending (with senior support ) client meetings, design team briefings and site visits to ensure delivery at the highest standard

• At least three years of experience in building services design
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and teams
