- £100,000 A Manchester-based business is quietly exploring the appointment of a Head of Engineering to help modernise its engineering function.

This role will suit someone who started their career as a software engineer , has gone on to lead teams at scale and now enjoys shaping people, platforms and engineering culture .

You'd be stepping into an established environment with around 15 engineers already in place , where the focus is on:
Bringing structure and consistency to delivery Evolving a monolithic platform towards microservices Embedding CI/CD pipelines into day-to-day engineering practice Supporting a wider move towards AWS and cloud-native tooling This isn't a greenfield rebuild. xekaoyc
