Manchester, UK (commutable from Salford, Oldham, Bolton, Stockport, Hyde, Cheadle, Macclesfield, Warrington).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established building services consultancy delivering projects across healthcare, education and commercial sectors. The business seeks a senior mechanical engineer capable of leading technical delivery, mentoring engineers and acting as a trusted technical contact for clients, with a focus on professional development and internal promotion.

The role involves taking ownership of mechanical building services design delivery, leading as the key technical specialist and client contact across projects, while supporting and developing junior engineers and coordinating projects.

• Take responsibility for mechanical building services design delivery, acting as the key technical specialist and client contact across projects.
• Guide and develop engineers while supporting project coordination and commercial delivery across multiple live schemes.
• Support business development and long-term client relationship growth.
• Office based with hybrid working and occasional site visits; mileage reimbursed for business travel.
• Work 37.5 hours per week with flexitime; include overtime as required and access to medical insurance, income protection and death in service benefits.

• Mechanical design experience.
• Healthcare or other regulated sector experience desirable, alongside strong client facing and project coordination skills.
• Leadership capability with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle required.
