As a Civil Engineering Degree Apprentice
, you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience while you study towards a BEng in Civil Engineering with our university partner Coventry
, all tuition and accommodation fees covered by us.

You'll work closely with the Design team to provide expert design, engineering and technical advice in Kier.

• Support the engineering function with management of project documentation and technical administration.
• Learn about the production of intelligent BIM models to support tender schemes and project delivery.
• Help with the production of 2D CAD drawings to support engineering functions.
• Contribute to the production of design deliverables, including calculations, drawings, reports and design risk assessments.
• Attend university during pre‑determined block weeks to attend lectures and meet other students on your course.

• 5 GCSEs graded 9‑4 including English, minimum grade 5 Maths GCSE.
• 3 A Levels (BBC minimum, excluding general studies) and must include Maths; or a BTEC Extended Diploma in a Construction or Engineering‑related subject with at least a Merit in the Maths unit.
• Equivalent to 112 UCAS points;
