As an EICA Engineer, you'll report to the Lead Control & Instrumentation Engineer. You will play a crucial role in delivering a range of engineering projects that enhance our manufacturing operations, control systems, and instrumentation infrastructure.

Whether you're newly qualified or bring years of experience, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of industrial control systems and support continuous improvement across site. Flexibility required around business needs

What You’ll Do
  • Support and deliver site-wide electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation (EICA) projects
  • Ensure both new and existing equipment meets internal customer needs and future-proofing goals
  • Collaborate with project teams and contractors to deliver engineering solutions on time and within budget
  • Maintain and upgrade control systems including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and industrial networks
  • Diagnose and resolve EICA-related faults across the site
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Maintain and interpret technical documentation including schematics and control philosophies
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking EICA Engineers who are technically strong, proactive, and collaborative. We also welcome candidates from a maintenance background who are ready to develop and grow their skills in EICA.

You’ll bring:

  • A solid foundation in electrical, instrumentation, control
    , and automation systems
  • Experience with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA
    , and industrial communication protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP, Profibus)
  • Strong fault-finding abilities and understanding of process instrumentation (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.)
  • Familiarity with control systems integration
    , especially in safety-critical or production environments
  • The ability to interpret and maintain technical documentation
  • A flexible mindset and the drive to contribute across multiple projects
