Wireless Design Engineer

Overview Design Engineer This position is responsible for designing and optimizing wireless infrastructure, including radio networks, antennas, and transmission systems, to meet coverage, capacity, and quality.

Key Responsibilities Develop and review designs for wireless telecom projects including site layouts, schematics, and equipment configurations. Perform radio planning and RF propagation modelling for 4G/5G and other wireless technologies. Assess site surveys and environmental constraints to inform design solutions. Liaise with vendors and field teams to ensure build feasibility and compliance with standards. Produce detailed CAD drawings, bills of materials, and documentation for construction and installation.

Validate network performance metrics through simulations and post-deployment testing. Collaborate with Design managers, and overseas departments throughout the project. Skills & Experience
