MEP Engineer

What you’ll be doing

• Design & Technical Planning – scope and design system deployments for large-scale projects.
• Client Engagement – present solutions, lead consultations, and build trusted relationships.

• Market Development – support growth in the UK and European markets while working with global teams.

What we’re looking for

Degree in Building Services, MEP, or Civil/Environmental Engineering

Experience in MEP, building services, or water systems

Strong ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and technical plans

Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards

Ambition, adaptability, and a start-up mentality – someone excited to grow with a scaling business

• CIBSE membership (or working towards chartership)
• Plumbing systems or water management experience
• Familiarity with BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit)
