Salary: Competitive Salary + uplift per aircraft type (B737 New Gen or A320). Dual license holders receive company-paid B1 and B2 approvals.

Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Rota: 5 on 5 off / 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced B1 Licensed Engineer with type ratings on Boeing 737 New Generation or Airbus A320 aircraft to join our client’s growing operation in Hampshire. The successful candidate will ensure the ongoing airworthiness of customer aircraft by performing maintenance, inspections, and certification tasks to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications in compliance with approved data and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify defects in aircraft systems and components efficiently and accurately.
  • Certify and release aircraft to service under B1 licence authority, ensuring full adherence to company and regulatory standards.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, and support teams to achieve operational efficiency and minimise downtime.
  • Promote and maintain a proactive safety culture in all areas of maintenance activity.
Requirements
  • Valid CAA Part-66 B1 Aircraft Maintenance Licence with B737 New Gen or A320 type rating.
  • Previous experience in a Part-145 MRO environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of aircraft systems and documentation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Right to work in the UK or eligible for visa sponsorship
