"I am genuinely proud of our graduate programme. We invest time, energy and care into nurturing our graduates, giving them meaningful projects and hands‑on experience from day one... the fact that many of our senior team started their careers here as graduates speaks volumes".
Our ApproachOur approach encourages graduates to gain experience across multiple facets of planning and development. It’s common for individuals entering the field to discover new passions or interests once they get hands‑on experience. Our rotations within the company are an invaluable part of the programme, allowing graduates to explore different areas, identify where they excel, and find the best fit for their skills and aspirations.
This approach not only helps individuals find their niche but also fosters greater job satisfaction and long‑term commitment.
Our tailored programme includes:
- A dedicated mentor
- Our in‑house professional competency training
- Sponsorship through Masters course (where applicable)
- Support to gain your professional accreditation
- Fast career progression
- Competitive salaries and benefits.
I find the culture open and friendly...there is a social and collaborative atmosphere, making day to day working enjoyable, engaging and has made the start to my professional career a really positive experience. Noora, Koetje, Planning Graduate – Gatwick
