Morson Edge are recruiting for an experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineer to support A400M aircraft maintenance and certification activities at RAF Brize Norton. This role requires an engineer capable of meeting MAA RA4801 requirements and holding appropriate company approvals to perform and certify aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved Technical Documentation and Company Procedures.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on engineer with strong safety awareness, leadership capability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. There may also be opportunities to undertake limited supervisory responsibilities to support operational requirements and role development.

• Perform and certify A400M aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved Technical Documentation and Company Procedures
• Certify own work and, where authorised, the work of others within the scope of approvals held
• Work under the direction of the Senior Licensed Engineer (SLE) or Lead Engineer (LE), supporting team delivery and safe working practices
