£65,000-£72,000 + Company Bonus + Private Medical Insurance + 33 Days Holiday

Are you an EC&I Engineer with SIL verification knowledge? Join a sophisticated chemical giant where you will play a vital role in the compliance and safety of factory automation, and be regarded as a technical specialist.

You will be working onsite at one of the most well-respected chemical producers in the UK. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the functional safety and compliance of the plant
• Upgrading control systems and designing equipment to remain competitive
• Improving the automation of machinery
• Maintaining and training technician competence

Monday to Friday, 9:00‑5:00, 35 hours per week.

• Experience as an EC&I Engineer or Controls and Instrumentation Engineer.
• Functional safety knowledge (SIL verification and validation).
• Strong understanding of COMAH regulations and industrial safety.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
