• Lead the BESS & Solar technical due diligence team, ensuring delivery of comprehensive and insightful client reports.
• Consult on technical due diligence, vendor due diligence, and lender technical advisory projects worldwide.
• Assemble and manage project teams, allocate resources, and maintain high‑quality deliverables.
• Author key sections of technical reports and mentor mid‑ and junior‑level staff contributions.
• Support business development activities, including securing new engagements and structuring proposals.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and identify follow‑up opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practices to generate revenue and expand service offerings.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and internal research insights.
• Contribute to renewable‑energy market thought leadership and internal knowledge assets.

• Build and sustain client relationships, demonstrating high credibility and professionalism.
• Advise on business strategy to secure competitive advantage for ERM.
• Drive superior client service experiences through effective business development.

• Lead by example, setting a high standard of performance and judgment.
• Negotiate, facilitate, and motivate teams toward consensus and results.
• Recruit, develop, and train talent in partnership with regional leaders.
• Champion professional growth of self and junior team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental sciences, renewable‑energy technology, business administration or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in the solar energy sector (advisory, project development, permitting, construction, asset management).
• Relevant professional or industry certifications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven business‑development track record, collaborative sales pursuits, and client‑service excellence.
• Thought‑leadership evidenced through industry publications and forums.
• Proficiency with standard industry software tools.
