Graduate Engineer

This 2-year Rotational Programme Is Designed For Graduates With a Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Physical Sciences. You Will Rotate Across Key Business Areas, Including

• Tendering & Commercial - Learn how projects are costed and bid for
• Design & Engineering - Work on technical designs and specifications
• Construction & Project Delivery - Gain on-site experience managing installations
• Health & Safety - Understand compliance and risk management

You will receive structured training, mentorship, and support to develop technical and leadership skills.

• Contribute to tender preparation and commercial analysis
• Assist in engineering design and technical documentation
• Support project delivery teams on-site and in planning
• Apply Health & Safety standards in all activities
• Participate in professional development workshops and training
• Deliver a final project or presentation at the end of the programme

• A degree (minimum 2:2) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physical Sciences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written, verbal and presentation skills, along with the ability to work in a team environment
