This position offers a hugely varied role for someone with manufacturing experience to take ownership over customer service when it comes to engineering and work as part of a large service department. If you don’t have manufacturing experience but you have trained within the military, RAF and Navy, then this could also be preferable as many of the team are ex-forces!

Field Service Engineer’s

Key Responsibilities:

Own the entire service lifecycle – install, calibrate and maintain machinery on‑site, keeping vital production lines at peak performance.
Be the rapid‑response troubleshooter – diagnose complex technical issues (both remotely and in person) and deliver fixes that get customers back up and running fast.
Run engaging training workshops – empower engineers and operators with hands‑on coaching so they can unlock every capability of our technology.
Champion continuous improvement – capture real‑world insights from the field, feed them to R&D, and spot opportunities to upgrade or expand customer systems.
Travel the world as our brand ambassador – build lasting relationships on national and international assignments while showcasing world‑class support.
Skills & Experience Required as a Field Service Engineer:

Ability to work across both mechanical and electrical assembly in an engineering manufacturing environment
Knowledge of the manufacturing industry from a service engineering viewpoint with experience of working with large industrial food machinery and capital equipment
Previous experience working as a Field Service Engineer, Technician, Install and or Commissioning Engineer (desirable)
