Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently complete topographical and measured building surveys of all sizes and complexities.
  • Process and deliver survey data to a high standard using CAD and other industry software.
  • Lead or contribute to multi‑disciplined survey projects, providing guidance to team members.
  • Use your knowledge of traversing and GPS control networks effectively onsite.
  • Conduct site inspections, dynamic risk assessments, and report safety concerns.
  • Share practical knowledge with junior staff to support their development.
About You:
  • 2–3+ years’ experience in surveying (land or measured building).
  • Proven ability to work independently on small and large‑scale surveys.
  • Skilled in processing raw survey data and producing high‑quality CAD outputs.
  • Practical experience with survey instruments and equipment, including laser scanners.
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
  • Passionate about building a long‑term career in surveying.
