Estimator, Engineering, Civil Engineering

PSR Solutions are working with a market leading contractor within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit an Estimator to Join their Pre-Construction team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in Manchester.

• Preparing detailed, analytical estimates from first principles.
• Reviewing tender documents, assessing scope, and take off accurate quantities.
• Compiling comprehensive enquiries for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensuring bids are submitted professionally and in line with ITT instructions.
• Collaborating with the Estimating team to deliver winning proposals.

• Minimum HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in estimating within civil engineering
• Ideally experience working within infrastructure, wastewater, highways, FRC.
• Proficiency in estimating software (Valesco, Causeway, Conquest, Candy).
• Strong financial and commercial management skills.
• Solid knowledge of CESMM, HWMM, SMM7 and NEC contracts.
