BIM Manager

They are looking for a CAD/BIM Manager experienced in building services engineering to work within the CAD department in their Manchester office, supporting Building Services Engineers in producing mechanical & electrical CAD drawings. The candidate should be able to work from engineering sketch scheme designs and to coordinate and produce full layout drawings together with any appropriate sections or elevations as instructed.

• Conducting and Managing Building Services CAD department (Candidate dependant).
• Preparation of Mechanical & Electrical CAD drawings.
• Preparation of coordinated Revit MEP CAD model.
• Quality control of output to the engineering team and projects in accordance with the approved QA system.
• Management of immediate/junior staff (Candidate dependant).
• Supervision of junior members of staff (Candidate dependant).

You will need to hold an ONC/HNC in Building Services and be fully conversant with AutoCAD and Revit MEP. Ideally, you will have at least 5 years' experience within a consultancy environment.
