Engage with various teams to produce clear bid documentation, including scopes of work and resource plans. Develop your tendering skills by supporting cost estimates and identifying potential risks.
This is your chance to be at the heart of engineering projects, working closely with Engineering, Project Management, and Installation & Commissioning teams.
- Assist in compiling technical and commercial tender documentation for installation and commissioning services.
- Review customer specifications and define scopes of work, site schedules, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external subcontractors to gather essential inputs like quotations and lead times.
- Support cost estimating activities for site labour, materials, and logistics, while identifying and documenting risks.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure proposals reflect deliverable scope and execution strategy.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in power systems and high-voltage equipment.
- Skills in technical documentation review, cost estimation, and data handling (e.g., Excel).
- Awareness of project timelines and the ability to work with assumptions and clarifications.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
