BIM Technician

We are recruiting a BIM Technician to join a well-established and digitally focused building services team based. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment where BIM plays a key role in design coordination, quality, and project delivery. You’ll be involved in a broad range of projects.

• Produce accurate, data-rich 3D Revit MEP models and 2D outputs
• Set up and manage MEP models in line with project and BIM standards
• Coordinate models across disciplines and resolve clashes
• Review and manage external model information
• Support BIM workflows, CDE processes, and information management
• Use automation tools such as Dynamo, DiRoots, and RF Tools to improve efficiency

• Strong experience with Revit MEP
• Understanding of clash detection and coordinated design
• Ability to manage modelling tasks independently
• Familiarity with BS EN ISO 19650 standards

• Experience with AutoCAD, Solibri, and Microsoft Excel
• Interest in automation or visual programming (Dynamo)
