Senior Electrical Engineer Working Location
Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days home)
Permanent SalaryUp to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
OverviewIf you are an Electrical Engineer with experience delivering projects in regulated or heavy industrial environments, this is an opportunity to join a growing engineering team working across major infrastructure and operational projects.
This role offers a mix of technical delivery, multidisciplinary coordination, and long-term project exposure across sectors including oil and gas, rail, industrial, and infrastructure.

- Supporting design reviews, technical assurance, and risk assessments
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers
- Supporting commissioning, installation, and construction activities
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting technical development
- Previous experience in electrical design up to 132 kV
- Experience with in oil and gas, rail, industrial, or infrastructure environments
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering design and project delivery
- Experience with LV/HV systems, substations, MCCs, or industrial power systems
- Familiar with UK engineering standards and regulated environments
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary projects and contractors
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Practical, delivery-focused mindset
