SG Technologies - part of the Neo Performance Materials Group, is a global leader in the production of high-performance magnetic components and assemblies. Our products are shipped worldwide to high end automotive and consumer products customers such as Bosch, Caterpillar, and YASA. We are looking for a Development Project Manager to join our team and lead activities on new product introductions and product improvements.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. Responsibilities will include:
Working on customer driven projects, ensuring that projects run to schedule Establishing production routes for new parts, including Pressing, Heat Treatment, Post Processing e.g. Machining, Dimensional studies, Magnetic Testing and Materials Testing Ensuring correct product introduction (APQP) is maintained Evaluating customer specifications Writing technical specifications for SGT processes Ensuring products are able to run in a stable and robust manor through trials and evaluation of data Required

Skills and Experience:

University Degree in Engineering discipline. Ideally have 2 years experience in a similar role Ability to achieve objectives through teamwork and influence Disciplined and logical approach to goal setting and problem solving Having a hands-on approach in completing tasks and activities Ability to communicate with all parties involved in projects including external parties Work pattern:
Full time 37.5-hour week Monday to Thursday 8.30am 5pm, Friday 8.30am 2.30pm. After successfully passing probation, you will be eligible to use our flexitime system working around a core hour system with the potential to work a 9-day fortnight. Benefits include:
