Engineering Stores Coordinator Insite

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Engineering Stores Person with a strong sound engineering background to manage and control engineering spares inventory at one of our Insites based on Trafford Park, Manchester. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of mechanical components, particularly belts, bearings, and associated consumables, ensuring efficient stock management, accuracy, and timely availability to support maintenance operations.

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming engineering components and materials
• Maintain organised storage of spare parts with clear identification and labelling
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory of critical spares
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and full inventory audits
• Update and maintain stock records using a CMMS or stock control system

• Identify and issue appropriate parts including:
  • Bearings (ball, roller, pillow block, etc.)
  • Drive belts (V-belts, timing belts, conveyor belts)
  • Seals, chains, sprockets, and mechanical fasteners
