Responsibilities
  • Lead laboratory-based process development activities for new and existing chemical processes.
  • Provide technical leadership in scaling up processes from laboratory to full-scale manufacture.
  • Partner with manufacturing teams to resolve complex processing challenges.
  • Use data-driven approaches to improve quality, safety, and process robustness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process technology strategy.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience (typically around five years) in industrial manufacturing or process development.
  • Hands‑on experience with chemical process development and scale-up.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
