Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical packages valued at approximately £30 m on a landmark £450 m leisure complex development in Manchester.

As Electrical Project Manager, you will plan, coordinate and deliver all electrical works, ensuring programme, quality, safety and commercial objectives are achieved.

• Managing the delivery of electrical packages valued at circa £30 m
• Leading site‑based electrical teams and subcontractors
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, design teams and main contractors
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and project milestones
• Driving health, safety, quality and compliance standards across the project
• Managing procurement schedules and resource requirements
• Monitoring project progress and resolving technical and operational challenges
• Working closely with commercial teams to manage costs, variations and project performance
• Supporting commissioning, testing and handover activities

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the building services or MEP sector
• Strong track record delivering large‑scale electrical installations on major construction projects – preferably with leisure or hotels exposure
• Experience managing substantial electrical packages on complex developments
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong technical understanding of electrical building services systems
• Ability to manage programme, quality and commercial objectives simultaneously
• Relevant electrical qualifications and industry certifications

• Salary of £70,000 – £80,000
