EXCLUSIVE TO CHROMA: Due to continuing expansion, this reputable engineering firm are looking to grow their engineering team in 2026. As part of this growth, they are looking for a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to take ownership of the full design lifecycle and become a subject matter expert for their division.

The successful Principal Mechanical Design Engineer will operate in multi-functional project teams and be tasked with leading cutting-edge design projects. Key duties include client liaison, concept design, 3D / 2D CAD, calculations, test & validation and overseeing your work into build and commissioning. As a Principal level engineer, you will also become a subject matter expert for your product group and will get to mentor the more Junior/Graduate Engineers.
