From major works at Heathrow Airport and regional projects at Bristol Airport, to national rail upgrades and unique builds such as specialist architectural structures, our client has built a strong reputation for quality, precision, and delivery.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on projects based around Heathrow.

Role Overview This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of key work streams, contributing directly to project profitability, performance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage valuations, variations, and applications for payment Lead commercial reporting, forecasting, and CVRs Support procurement activities, tendering, and subcontractor management Ensure accuracy in cost control and commercial processes Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Requirements Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction or structural steel Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
