- Hybrid Up to £60,000 Bonus Benefits We are seeking an Aerospace & Defence Management Consultant to join a leading global consulting organisation, delivering complex transformation programmes across the defence and aerospace sectors.
Key Responsibilities as an Management Consultant (Aerospace & Defence) Deliver complex consulting engagements across Aerospace & Defence clients. Lead project work streams and engage with senior client stakeholders. Analyse business challenges and develop strategic recommendations. Support business development and contribute to client growth initiatives. Experience you'll need as an Aerospace & Defence Management Consultant 3 years' management consulting experience within Aerospace & Defence, or 5 years' industry experience delivering transformation.
Experience in complex programme delivery and large-scale business change. Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
