I'm working with a well-established Building Services consultancy in Manchester that is looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Building Services Design Engineer to support the continued growth of its electrical team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with an outstanding reputation, a strong pipeline of projects across sectors including Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Stadia and Data Centres, and a clear route towards Associate level.

• £50,000 - £60,000 salary

You’ll lead electrical Building Services projects from concept through to completion, producing high‑quality designs, managing client relationships and mentoring junior engineers.

Projects span Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Retail, Stadia and Data Centres, giving you exposure to a diverse portfolio of work.

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Strong Building Services design experience (7+ yrs)
• Working towards or already MCIBSE/IET
• Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers
• Good client‑facing skills
• Experience across commercial Building Services projects
