Role Overview
We are seeking an inspiring, enthusiastic and highly skilled Percussion Tutor to join our Junior RNCM team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with talented young musicians aged 8-18, helping to develop the next generation of percussionists in a supportive and ambitious musical environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality individual and chamber music lessons across the range of "orchestral" percussion.
- Guide students through their musical development, including preparing for auditions, concerts and conservatoire entry.
- Uphold RNCM’s commitment to safeguarding and promote the welfare of children and young people.
Salary Grade: £36.66 to £39.93 per hour (pending pay review, dependent on experience)
