Stantec is seeking a Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer – Building Services (MEP) to lead multidisciplinary MEP projects from concept through detailed design in Manchester or Leeds. You will deliver high‑quality outputs on time and within budget, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with clients and external design teams.
The role requires a degree in mechanical engineering, a background in Building Services design from a consultancy, and proficiency with BIM, Revit and IES.
