• Design and delivery of mechanical building services systems, including HVAC and ventilation systems, heating and cooling solutions, domestic water services.
• Design of sustainable and low‑carbon technologies.
• Design of mechanical infrastructure for major developments.
• Lead projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support and mentor junior engineers, helping to develop the next generation of engineering talent.

• £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary
