Senior Civil Structural BIM CAD design

We are seeking a skilled Senior Civil Structural BIM CAD Designer to develop detailed 3D civil and structural models, primarily using Revit. The role involves producing high-quality 2D layouts, general arrangements, and detailed drawings, including reinforcement schedules, pile schedules, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and sectional views. You will provide 2D and 3D models to support visual method statements and collaborate across disciplines within a shared Revit environment to ensure clear, coordinated project data.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Revit Structure and AutoCAD, with solid skills in both 2D drafting and 3D modelling. A good understanding of reinforced concrete, steelwork structures, and the water industry is essential. Attention to detail and the ability to present complex designs clearly are critical attributes for success in this role.

You will work closely with engineers and other project stakeholders to maintain design integrity and ensure compliance with relevant standards and project requirements. This role demands a technician who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering accurate, well-coordinated design outputs.
