Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 plus in‑house training, an annual discretionary bonus and paid site and overseas travel.

Are you a Controls Engineer or Commissioning Engineer – or both – with experience in Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs? This role places you as the technical expert for all control‑system related issues within a leading bespoke machinery manufacturer that has more than 60 years of industry experience.

In this varied and exciting role you will work on a wide range of PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, robots and other specialised controllers, all tailored to customer requirements. You will benefit from in‑house training, paid travel for out‑of‑office work, and an annual discretionary bonus.

We are a specialist control and commissioning team that builds custom machinery for a portfolio of international clients in packaging, product assembly, quality control and product handling.

• Program and modify control systems using PLCs, servo drives, and robots.
• Troubleshoot and adjust mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control equipment.
• Participate in the manufacturing process from build completion through to customer inspection and final sign‑off.

• Controls Engineer or Commissioning Engineer experience, ideally with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas (approximately 30 % travel, 70 % office‑based). Commute to Beccles acceptable.
