Intermediate Mechanical Engineer

This company is a privately owned Building Services consultancy operating for over 25 years this is an exciting chance to join an established business with a strategy in place for sustainable & profitable growth. Your workload is varied offering different challenges and rewards, project sectors include Custodial, Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial and much more.

There is a clear path for progression on offer to Senior level and beyond for the right people!

• Responsible for design development, including drawings and calculations.
• Liaise with Clients, other design team members and contractors.
• Liaise with other team members to plan workload and resources.
• Produce drawings and calculations and check those of others.
• Author official documents including letters, reports and specifications.

• Sound technical knowledge of mechanical building services.
• AutoCAD / REVIT familiarity (although not critical)
• Familiar with industry standard calculation programmes, e.g Hevacomp / Cymap / IES.
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
