Proposals Manager – We're Hiring! 🚨

We're looking for an experienced Proposals Manager to join a growing engineering business at an exciting stage of its journey. Working closely with the COO and Sales Director, you'll play a key role in preparing high-quality tenders, quotations and technical proposals, helping secure major projects and supporting the company's ambitious growth plans.

What you'll need:
✔ Proven experience in proposals, tendering, bids, estimating or commercial support
✔ Ideally from the generator, critical power or a closely related engineering sector
✔ Experience producing technical and commercial quotations for engineering projects
✔ Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail
✔ Confident managing complex tenders and working with engineering and commercial teams
