Salary - up to £50,000

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Energy & Sustainability Manager to join our growing Sustainability & Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded individual with project management experience who is passionate about helping businesses reduce energy consumption, lower carbon emissions, and achieve their sustainability goals.

You'll work with clients across the UK, carrying out energy audits, identifying energy-saving opportunities, managing technical projects, and supporting the delivery of innovative low-carbon solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site energy audits nationwide, primarily supporting ESOS compliance.
• Identify and quantify energy and carbon reduction opportunities.
• Specify and manage the delivery of sub-metering projects.
• Project manage the implementation of technical energy solutions, including Solar PV, voltage optimisation, compressed air systems, heat pumps, and other energy efficiency technologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and technical partners.
• Provide technical support to the wider sustainability team on carbon reduction strategies and Net Zero roadmaps.
