The Highfield Company is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to lead delivery on one of the UK’s largest infrastructure programmes in Suffolk. You will manage geotechnical works, coordinate multi-front activity and ensure engineering quality, safety and programme performance.
You will bring degree in Civil Engineering, NEC contract experience, and SMSTS/CSCS, plus strong leadership and communication skills to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with project teams.
