Project Manager, Operations Management

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead engineering projects throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and maintain clear communication throughout every stage of project execution.

You’ll become part of a collaborative Project Management team within NOV’s Fluid Motion Solutions business. Working closely with colleagues across Commercial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Operations, you’ll gain broad exposure to the complete manufacturing process while contributing to successful project delivery.

This is a role where no two projects are the same. You’ll balance technical requirements, production priorities, and customer expectations while working with multiple stakeholders across the business. Success comes from building strong relationships, making sound decisions, and keeping projects moving in a fast-paced engineering environment.
