Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Engineer you will work on major infrastructure projects, ensuring electrical systems design and integration across the project lifecycle from concept to commissioning. Role Overview

• Prepare electrical engineering designs for water treatment equipment, including Motor Control Centres, LV distribution systems, cabling, instrumentation, industrial networks, PLCs, and SCADA.
• Apply relevant design standards, client and WIMES standards, and legislation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design team to deliver designs on programme and budget.
• Produce technical specifications and schedules for procurement activities, review supplier tender bids and technical submissions.
• Produce URS for control systems, review supplier FDS, attend factory acceptance tests.
• Review existing installed systems to be interfaced, via site visits, drawings and reports.
• Engage positively with the client, manage relationships and support them to achieve their aims.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Working towards IEng/CEng with a relevant Engineering Institution.
• Excellent communication skills with team members and stakeholders.
• Methodical problem-solving approach.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region.
